Return Policy – CreatingHome.nl

At CreatingHome.nl, you have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you then have another 14 days to return the product to us.

Return Costs and Refunds

Returns

1. The cost of returning the product to our address is at your own expense. These costs average € 9.50 per parcel, provided the item can be shipped by courier. For current rates, please refer to your carrier’s website.

2. If you selected free shipping when placing your order, the shipping costs stated in your order confirmation will be deducted per item upon return (for example, four times the individual rate if four items were ordered). After receiving and inspecting the returned products, you will receive a refund of the full purchase amount of the items, minus the shipping costs we initially covered. We apply this policy not only to cover expenses but also to support sustainability - by being more conscious about returns, we reduce unnecessary transport and waste.

3. Payments made via Klarna or PayPal are subject to non-refundable transaction fees charged by these providers. We reserve the right to withhold 3 % of the purchase amount to cover these costs.

4. For payments made via iDEAL, the full amount paid will be refunded without deductions.

Conditions for Returns
Please return the product complete, in its original packaging, and, if reasonably possible, in an unused and saleable condition - the product must not have been assembled before. Use only transparent TPE tape to seal the packaging. Other types of tape (such as duct tape or painter’s tape) can cause damage and result in depreciation.
If the product or its packaging is damaged more than necessary to assess it, we reserve the right to apply a depreciation deduction to the refund.

Procedure
Would you like to return a product? Please contact us first at info@creatinghome.nl. Once we receive your return, we will confirm it by email and refund the amount due within 14 days, provided the product has been received in good condition.

Exceptions
Products marked as “2nd chance” cannot be returned again.

Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
Have you received a damaged or incorrect product? Please contact our customer service within 48 hours at info@creatinghome.nl and include photos. We will provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
